I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, situated above the main train station in Osaka, making it super convenient to explore the city. The room was cozy and had a bath with a view, which was a nice touch. The service was a bit lacking as they didn't bother to help with my request, but the housekeeping and laundry services were top-notch. The dining options were plentiful, with a variety of main dishes to choose from and delicious local jams. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
